The City of “Jalandhar”, prominent Sports & Light Engineering manufacturing goods Hub of Asia in the State of Punjab, has been selected as one of the Smart Cities under the ...
city should be user friendly.Markets and multilevel parking needs to be installed or developed by government for easy accessibility of persons and to generate revenues for maintenance of areas .
Providing focal points for communities through those facilities such as multimodal stations, pedestrian plazas, and parkways.
•Wireless sensor systems and cameras need to be install at various locations of city.
•Fire brigade stations and high frequency machinery to be used for cleaning of city.
Hi.I just wanna to say before plan to make jalandhar smart city first make it a perfect city "A city for rich, poor, younger, elder-every1' A perfect city where everyone feel secure, everyone feel fresh I mean eco friendly, urbanisation bt not at the cost of deforestation, adulterated free food, drug free youth, perfect roads for drive, rules implementation( also for responsible aware citizen)if these all things fulfil perfect city automatically becomes smart city
So respected MAYOR sir think on it 1st
Or jo kisi mohalle mein koi govt jgah padi ho..usme kisi ek ka haqq nahi hona chahiye..
Blki usko saaf krwake ek park bnwana chahiye taaki bache galiyon ki bjaate park mein khel ske. Last bt nt least
Light ki problm khtm ho jani chahiye.. Flyover jo bnn rahe hai usse complete kredena chahiye taaki traffic jayada na ho.. Or crossing lights bhi theek ho..
Agar koi road cross krna chahta ho to waha ek crossing meter lgna chahiye taki wo road easily cross kr ske. Fir example Foriegn mein hai
First of all, that's good for changing in our city.. But kya log smart city bnane mein hmaari help kregi..??
Kya wo sfaayi kaa dheyaan rakhegi..
Pehle toh har jgah koi na koi dustbin hona chahiye taaki log usme fenke.. Or buses auto overload nahi hone chahiye. Logo ko traffic rules follow krne chahiye.. Nd horns bhi band hone chahiye sbse jayada voice pollution toh isse hota hai.. Or tutti hui roads bnni chahiye taaki kisi ka accident hone se bache..
Rain harvesting ka system hona chahiye..
smart plan should solve problems of traffic chaos, illegal encroachments etc. and promote industry products by building exhibition centres, medical tourism as it has large number of hospitals. The street vendors should be given specific places as making small rehri markets.A smart rechargeable Card should be provided as all the MCJ taxes and fees an other in-city payslips can be paid through e-money.More public hangout places should be built to increase revenues.
In respect to smart city concept, business, economic, infrastructure development are OK, but, the real development of social harmony, human development, cultural development, etc.things are very important for peace, harmony and fruitfull helping nature of people. For that, there should be YOGA,SPIRITUAL,PRAYER CENTRE in CITY.There should be no crime & no accused,Jail should be paid & luxurious with all accommodation like AC,bed-sofa,pure bhojan-breakfast,TV but no mobile-net as per jail manual strictly
always keeps the lake clean.
increase in fish natality. can be a tourist attraction strict action against those who throw garbage in or around the lake.#ApnaIndoreSmartIndore
Develop the hills into outing activity like cycling, trekking etc.
6. The Chemical factories need to go out of city limits #ApnaIndoreSmartIndore
Industrial growth / education hub. / employment generation for youth need to be encouraged by making the right policy decisions
The road conditions need to be improved through quality construction and maintenance schedule. It should no be the case that roads are improved before elections and within two months the situation is back to worse.
The citizens of JALANDHAR CITY now at least, have the pleasure of affording an opportunity of having their say in managing the affairs of the City they have chosen to reside in. As per what the MCJ have come out with, the citizens shall at least be heard, though, it would be still be an issue with the citizens as to whether what they would come out with would find the nod of the MCJ authorities, given,so far, the authorities' penchant for playing 'BIG BOSS'. HAPPY 😊 CHANGE!
