No Smart City Without Footpaths. Pl make walkable, stumble-free, and encroachment-free footpaths in every smart city for ordinary citizens, particularly for the elderly and children. There cannot be a smart city without footpaths.

You can make a city as smart as you can but it won't make any difference unless you make its citizens smarter. Spread awareness in public about how to "maintain" a smart city. That's important and difficult too but its our duty to make it happen.

More public toilets. Also, they need to clean. At least, water should be available to wash hands.
I understand it is duty of citizens to keep public-toilets clean but they are supposed to be maintained by govt. as well.
Have you ever felt the need to pee or poo at the Nayapura bus stand? No? Try it. And then "try" to wash hands. And then go to drink water. You will know what I mean when you will notice the condition. Probably you'll even refuse to drink water.

Something should be done about those cattle on the road. Many times they are the cause of accident. I wouldn't wanna be hit by a cow while walking in a "smart city" :)

Awara jaanwaron ka sadakon par ghumna ya baithe rahna chahe wo main road ho ya colonies ki galiyan. Yeh road accident ka ek pramukh kaaran hai. Iske liye effective policy banane ki jarurat hai aur sambandhit logon ko zimmedari ka ahsas hona chahiye tabhi koi policy safal ho sakti hai.

The followings may be few suggestive measures for a smart and clean city: 1. Street washing before sweeping; 2. Use Bio-disposers to dispose kitchen / bio-degradable waste directly to sewer network. 3. Areas without sewer network may be provided with Bio-digesters for tackling bio-degradable waste. 4. Manage all type of Solid Waste separately without co-mingling for efficient reuse / recycling. & 5. Prefer to provide decentralised sanitation facilities, community managed & self sustainable.

In the last few years Kota is being developed as a beautiful city. The Seven Wonders adds more to it...following suggestions may be considered:
1. Cleanliness to maintained strictly at all urban/semiurban areas like Railway Station, market areas, etc.
2. Kota being an education hub it must be facilitated with wi-fi or optic fiber based internet zones to help students and commuters.
3. More concentration by govt. institutions on heritage sites like forts, monuments for better upkeeping.

कोटा काफी अस्त व्यस्त बसा हुआ है। तो पहले इसको व्यवस्थित ढंग से कॉलोनियां बसानी पड़ेगी
