15. Lucknow should have free wifi to stake its claim as smart city.
16. Pure and safe drinking water outlets should be installed near prominent Bus stops, Railway Stations, Zoo, GPO, Hospitals, RTO and other public places. This will ensure safe drinking water to citizen of Lucknow.

14. Lucknow roads are normally damaged after rains and many roads are in bad shape in the interior places. Monitoring can be done with public participants and for this the detail of road tenders may be hosted on website which will inform to citizens the duration, quality and other liabilities of contractor to maintain the roads.

11. Facilities should be created where un-spoilt, good quality food left over after marriages and other parties may be donated to be distributed amongst the poor. This will help in wastage of food and provide food to poor and needy people.
12. Community centres in different parts of the city of the Lucknow should be created for providing shelter to common man during natural calamities.

10. Lucknow Utility and Service Providers Index should be created which should contain their name, address, contact number and e-mail addresses. Through these the residence of the city can have the opportunity to receive services for electricity, water, plumbing, garbage and sewer.

8. A Lucknow web portal should be created which should have facility to register complaints and the response of the concerned department regarding the status of problems faced by citizens in several public facilities.
9. Medical waste management system should be installed in all hospitals. This will help in improving the pollution status of the Lucknow city.
