4. breaking of any rules like traffic , cleanliness , sanitation etc should be fined strictly
1.The use of solar panels should be increased for electricity usage as generation by coal causes very much pollution.
2.smart city refers to clean cities and this is only possible when the citizens are aware and should keep their surroundings and near by areas clean and should dispose waste on their proper places.

Its time Lucknow trail blazed, manifesting par excellence as a smart city. A blitzkrieg of cutting edge tech augmenting jobs & income would reverse brain drain & reestablish our manufacturing sector. Incentives complimenting a safe & environment friendly ambiance using technology as game changers would be paramount. City websites should be userfriendly to accommodate the above parameters. N.G.O.'s/Volunteers given hand held I.T.devices could achieve unprecedented improvement in city management
Ithink to be a smart city Lucknow should be clean n green too.In every school there must be use of modern technology like smart boards n use of tabs, laptops. There should be solar lights on road n Lucknow should strictly follow the traffic rules. There must be stadiums for football, cricket, etc. The city should also use public transport for short distance.CNG vehicles should also be used.basic needs like electricity, roads, water supply should be fulfilled n every schools campus shold be wi-fi enabled
government should start trees plantation campaign.Smartest thing is to work for mother nature..even students of school should indulge them in this activity.deforestation should be strictly ban with a hefty fine on suspect.reservations should be stop, only merit based admission government should enable, waste should be segregated properly, government should ban open dumping of waste, eatables should not mix with other waste,as it leads to death of animals such as cows
