Along with the infrastructure development, transportation, basic services the city planning should also exclusively focus on the development of low line vulnerable area and basic amenities in these disaster prone areas.

More parking space. A few buildings in dense commercial and residential areas dedicated to parking with low parking rates should keep cars off the side of roads.

No birthday banners/posters of political leaders: Unless the whole nation recognizes birthday of a political leader, there is no need for them to publicize. Illegal posters are simply unacceptable.

Irresponsible parking on side of the road causes traffic jams. More parking zones in each node near commercial markets to avoid parking on both sides of the road which causes traffic.
