Need health centre..
1. poor waste management
2. ambulance and critical care unit is unavailable. Good health care facility required.Need urgent improvement for smart city.
We insist on introducing pollution free & soundless vehicles (like e-Rickshaw) in New town to be a smart city in West Bengal.
When I was getting a job in #Kolkata 6 months back, I was actually not interested, but when I came for interview and saw #NewTown, it just made me stunned. I must say overall ambience is all set for a world class #SmartCity. After living in New Town for 6 months, I believe it just need a faster pace of transformation. What we need are
1) Cycling Track - a move towards healthy city
2) Pedestrian track
3) More medical facilities
4) Late night Vibrancy -most area becomes deserted after 9pm
New Town is one of the best cities in India, so it must be a smart city
Eco-friendly transport, More use of solar power, Wi-fi Should be accessible etc.
New Town must be a smart city with purified drinking water for all.
I want Newtown to be Solar city. Smart system of communication & water supply.
Skill development portal is much essential
New Town area is developing very fast. But still we are getting transport facility within the Action area 1C , such as lack of Rickshaw, Toto etc. So I would like to draw your kind attention to solve the matter at the earliest.
