New Town, Kolkata has been declared as a potential Smart City under the Smart Cities Mission, Government of India. To participate in Round-2 of the challenge of the smart city contest, a Smart City Proposal will be prepared after taking into consideration aspirations, visions, goals and smart solutions (low cost smart solutions, technology based smart solutions etc.) communicated by the citizens of New Town, Kolkata to make it a better place to live. For further details on Smart Cities Mission, citizens may visit the concerned website of Government of India i.e. smartcities.gov.in

Please give some minimum facility at TARULIA RR Area like waste management, drainage, roads etc. We support Smart City New Town.

Drinking Water supply problem and garbage's and dirty water is not removing from our locality that's why insects like Mosquitoes, flies are around us. plz solve the problems in our locality (Tarulia)as soon as possible.

Bad Roads & Pollution is great problem in TARULIA RR. So Make Tarulia clean and living area for all before making New town a smart City.

TARULIA RR is a neglected area in New Town. Please create proper drainage & swarage system in this area is required urgently otherwise smart city project is meaningless. Please take action for drinking water & electric supply also.
