I have an evolutionary idea to make OUR city a Smart City “ An Unconditionally Happy City” A city with a Heart - where people love each other, compliment, support, help, cooperate, collaborate, work together as a TEAM, uplift each other, be happy to see others strengths and success, celebrate each moment of their lives. Most importantly do things because they want to and not because they have to or to get something in return.

Say NO to Competition and Ranking. STOP Competitions !!!!

Here's something to think about. Solar powered zones that also act as wifi hotspots. Interesting and not too bad looking aesthetically. Great for charging your electronics or connecting to the net. Here's what PRIUS is doing on that front.

I agree with Sean Faia on the transportation issue. Furthermore, these vehicles should be electrically powered, and not fuel consuming, which in turn aids the already fragile ecological balance. We need not look too far for insight on this. Agra manages it around the Taj Mahal's zone. Granted, it's more difficult to manage a city, but if we're going for it, why not go the whole hog?

Panaji is a beautiful city dotted with heritage structures and green spaces. A network of pedestrian pathways connecting these spots would be nice and will encourage citizens to walk through the city.

Panaji requires efficient parking management.further 24 hours water supply should be made available.Repairing of roads in almost all parts of the city is creating a major problem. It is noticed that the potholes are major reason for accidents.

Local transportation is the key to Panaji City. Effective Planning of Bus routes in and around Panaji will decongest the city from a lot of cars and bikes coming into the city. People working in the city could make use of a bus or hop on hop off bus system by parking on the outskirts of the city. It will leave us with more walking and cycling space. #SmartCity #Panaji #MyGov

Panaji requires efficient transport system with lots of MLCP's(Multi level car parking) buildings at critical locations so that smaller streets/lanes can be converted to walking lanes and thus improve the city air quality.
