• General
• Government app. For all works ie extension of Mangalore one on line for all services.
• Area local committee meetings every month on feed back.
• Speed governers for all city buses at 40 kms/hr. –compulsory. Multy story parking at 10 locations
• Moving out liquor out lets to specified location from school areas. All ads on LED screens
• Colour coding for building area wise.
Here's my Vision for Smart City Mangalore. " Smarter People , Smarter Plan, Smarter Process"
24 *7 power and water, proper Road, education, safety
garbage treatment plant to be made working and disposal with lime addition to make organic manure.
• extensive usage of renewable energy at all possible places.
• Ban plastic
• 5 S Japnees concept for all govt offices.
• Heavy fine culture for environment rules violators
• fines for spitting/urinating /smoking in public
attached below is my essay on smartcity mangaluru & its present & future possibilities.
• Smart environment vision
• Garbage collection from all houses
• domestic effluent collection centers no increasing and renewing pipes
• All industrys to make Zero liquid effluent discharge compulsory.
• All big hotels effluent recycle for gardens,
• All houses solar compulsory
• all houses water harvesting compulsory
• encourage roof gardening concept with proper care to avoid fresh water stagnation
First of all,a city must be clean more than anything else! make ammends and make stricter rules against spitting in public places and throwing waste on roads instead of garbage bins.
