•Dustbins to be placed in the city at every 100 meter distance.
•More useful & flowering trees planting roadside,grass carpets to be placed along the areas & flowering plants in the dividers of the main road.
•Ban on chewing tobacco n spitting in public place.
•IT Park for IT companies.
•Under pass in all major circles.
•Rain water harvesting in public places
•Welcome arch representing the culture of mangaluru
•International cricket stadium.
•Installation of CCTV cameras at key location.

planed roads with sufficient footpaths, 24*7 water & electricity, good drainage system, open drainage & open sewage canals should be closed, Garbage disposal & Cleanliness, solar power to be produced phase by phase, industry/small scall industry to be established to enable youths to get job, sufficient parking for 4 wheels & 2 wheeler s , good numbers of amusement parks. etc........

Proper roads need to be developed and easy connectivity to City.Buses for Ladies.Job opportunities in Mangaluru,betterment of Tourist places.Housing for people in slum area,International stadium in the city,sky walks in heavy traffic area for the convinience of the people.When the city developes equal importance should be given for keeping the city to be greener.Drinking water facilities should be provide at every 100mts distance.CC TV's should be installed in the road junctions.
