Moving towards becoming a cashless economy, Indian Railways has introduced a mobile based App "UTSONMOBILE" which enables booking and cancellation of unreserved tickets, issue and renewal of season and platform tickets, check and load R-Wallet balance and helps maintain user profile management and booking history. Users can download this app from Google Play Store or Windows store free of cost. This application is available on both Android and Windows smart phones.
Ministry of Railways invites suggestions from the general public regarding `UTSONMOBILE' App of Indian. Your suggestions will help us to examine the existing features of this App and make requisite improvements wherever necessary.

sir, इस एप्लिकेशन में सुधार कि जुररत हैं . इस्मे सभी station को जोड़ने जाने चाहिये

UTS एप्प में अभी काफी सुधार की जरूरत है, इसमें सारे स्टेशन प्रदर्शित नहीं हो रहे है जैसे सादुलपुर jn., चुरू प्रदर्शित नहीं कर रहा,जिसके कारण मेरा टिकट बुक नहीं हो रहा, साथ ही इसमें लोकेशन ऑन रखने की बाध्यता व स्टेशन से 5 km रेंज की बाध्यता को हटाया जाये, समस्या का स्क्रीनशॉट संलग्न है @RailMinIndia https://t.co/fwoUtktEZM

रैल ऐप्प में पैसेंजर ट्रैन में टिकट बुक करने की जगह होनी चाहिए। हर ट्रैनों में सफाई का ख्याल ऐप्प के द्वारा दी जानी चाहिए ताकि ट्रैन साफ-सफाई का ध्यान रखा जा सके।और ट्रैन में पैसेंजरों की मेडिकल ट्रीटमेंट की सलाह ऐप्प के द्वारा देनी चाहिये।

इस aap में थोड़ा सा graphics की कमी है। ओर सारे ट्रैन ओर डेस्टिनेशन का नाम नही आ रहा है। थोड़ा improve कीजिये इसे। 🙇🙇🙇🚩🇮🇳

#UTSONMOBILE The APP is quite good, but booking tickets for many stations and destinations not available, this. creates a problem and booking tickets and making payment takes a long time many times, please improve this.

सबसे पहले तो इस एप्लीकेशन में सभी प्रकार के ट्रेनों का ऑनलाइन टिकट बुकिंग होना चाहिए क्योकि इस एप्लीकेशन में पैसेंजर ट्रेन की टिकट बुकिंग का कोई भी ऑप्शन नहीं दिया गया है इसी लिए इस एप्लीकेशन में इस तरह की चीज़ों का ध्यान देना चाहिए! और बिना किसी परेशानी के ही जिस भी ट्रेन का टिकट बुकिंग करना हो उस ट्रेन की वर्तमान स्थिति का पता भी चलना चाहिए! और टिकट बुकिंग में कोई परेशानी नहीं होनी चाहिए क्योकि की हमेशा error हो जाता है.
