'National Vision Council' should be formed to replace planning commision

We Indians are known for planning, but not executing. Every department/Ministry have Planning department in them, but None of these department/Ministry have any reviving or implementation monitoring mechanism or Department. By Appointing a National Monitoring commission - Developmental work can be revieved under Hon'ble Prime Minister we can cut-down on cost escalation of projects, Speedy delivery, Prepare a report card on YOY basis for Budgetary Purpose, allocate funds where required

Hon'ble Prime Minister Sir,

I agree time has come for the Planning Commission to be replaced by a new regulatory Planning authority. My view is that, The New Body should not just concentrate on reviving the economy,but also concentrate on two more important aspects, Planned Urbanization and raising the Living standards of the Poor. Planned Urbanization and Planned Rural Infrastructural development are the need of the hour. I suggest that the body be named 'Natl. Development Commission'.

Institutions is not required. we need all data in open for indian citizens, who can use it for decision support. and mckinsey style hypothesis testing.

Sir gutkha or sharab is desh ko kabhi aage nahi badne dange. Agar aap chahte hain hamara desh sone ki chidiya ban jaye to please sir, gutkha, sharab, cigarette, bidi ko banana hi band karwa de. Main aapko hamare desh ki lakhon garib mahilon ke baare main batana chahti hu jo apne hi ghar main badhe aatenkiyon ko dukh sah kar bhi paal rahi hain. Sir, hamare desh ke lakhon gharon main JO AADMI SHARAB PI KAR apni wife ki PITAI latte hain or apni patni ki kamai ko sharab main baha dete hain. Wo kamai jo wo lady kisi ke ghar main majduri kar ke lai hai. Ghar ka saman bhi bech dete hain. Unke bache bhi school nahin jate.

Planning should be done for upliftment of poors.But after independence it could not be done.Every citizen should be employed.Planning should be made for every person.There is a need of this type of planning commission.Members of Planning Commision should not be politicians.Members should be from Agricultutre, industry,art and culture, sports,economist ,business.

Let is have a separate groun root planning for education,health and sports for better tomorrow.

Rural planning is the need of the hour,not the toilet planning in planning commission rather than toilets in schools.
