Abi kya hota h unki salary itni hoti h ki custumer satisfy ho na ho unhe koi farq nhi padta. CCTV Cameras shd be installed before every staff/officer to have watch how they behave with customers, as they behave unruly/irresponsibily as if banks are owned by them. 2, Loans sanctioned and unpaid debts shall be put into thorough scrutiny as which official caused it as unrecoverable without adequate security as done in Sundicate Bank case. Mainly customers are treated by stass as if slaves. This system shd be checkd. New a/cs r discouragd even if valid IDs r there but demanding Introducers.

Many banks do not have enough change (coins and small notes). Bank counters, do not feel shame in saying to the customer that all they have is Rs 500 notes for withdrawal of your money. It is very tough to get change in the city and then fights happen with seller, when that withdrawer trys to use that Rs 500 note for buying small things.

Quality of Service is very poor in banks like Bank of Baroda. Also when international bank check is deposited in BOB it takes around 22 to 45 days. The depositor loses interest for all these time. The website also does not work many times.

This will help in bringing Money of NRI for investment in India and conditions of Indian Bank will improve and Bank will also have much liquidity to operate and give loan at lower rates
