public sector banks are great service provider to general public and businessmen.they are liking these banks however sometimes behaviour of counter staff specially those who are in the same branch since years is not tollerable ,transfer to other branch should be there of all after 3 years irrespective of cadre--officer or subordinate , no monopoly s there,this will improve many things.further there should be mix of the old staff-more than 55years and boys/girls of below 30
