Public Sector Banks are a nuisance to the public, they go on strike for not working properly...Their ATMs are prone to burglary...Our money is not safe with them...Modi has to address these issues if India has to grow in the right direction...

The look and feel of branches should be upgraded, so that it is with international standards.Customer must be treated with Respect, Respond quickly and improve/promote online platform and transactions. Banks benefit most when transactions are performed online so banks can cut the transactions charges for online transactions.

FM Notification on posting of women employees close to their family has no takers, just an announcement? Why are genuine requests not considered? When Hon'ble PM is talking about skill development , then how can PSBs afford to lose out existing talent. Seriously and urgently to be looked into with strict guidelines to PSB to consider requests of women officers posting, how can it be practical for a lady officer to daily travel 5-6 hours for work and ask for efficiency and productivity.

The onus of proving that a defaulter is NOT a wilful defaulter should be on the borrower. But now it is on the Bankers who have to struggle to get all proof to prove to the borrower that he is a wilful defaulter !!!! The default is a default and abstract element of defaulter's "WILL" should not be made a part of a institutional monetary dealing like Bank loan.

To curb wilful default in Education loans a common Registry of all such defaulters in various banks giving their names, fathers name , address, purpose and institution where studied with photos be published AFTER MAKING A COMMON PUBLICATION BY ALL BANKS EXPRESSING THEIR INTENTION TO DO SO.

If I am the CEO of public bank then first of all I will remove windows OS from every machine in the bank and use Linux OS as it is much more economical and secure than windows. Secondly I will be providing two kinds of services one for general public(which is current way) and other for corporate(like kotak and hsbc). Two kinds of services will help to concentrate on public and profit. For profit making focus aggressively on corporate tieups and for public good focus on services to common man.

All the internal and external mechanisms of restructuring should be reviewed. All cases of applications received for concessions, compromise settlements and write off be thoroughly supported by proof and should be published for public objection for 30 days. This will help the stakeholders to file objections in undeserving cases because all these involve foregoing public money and can not be said to be governed under Secrecy clause..

Dear Sir, Please improve the maintenance of ATM machines . This machine are damn slow. Banks putting service charge for maintenance but their services are not good. Most of the time this machines are out of service only. so we have using other bank ATM. Now we cannot go for other bank ATM's also coz of service charges for other bank transaction has been made. we are overloaded without getting proper services. Then ask bank to cancel ATM charges or Other bank transaction charges.
