Hon'ble FM made an announcement on transfer/posting of women staff close to their family, which has made no impact in implementation. When WE are looking at quality life BUT not at cost of separation from loved ones. This should be strictly implemented either voluntary by bank or on requests by women staff otherwise women staff would resign from PSBs. I have a instance where the notification is overlooked & now the staff on verge of resignation from the PSB. Looking forward to urgent response.

The Head of operations should not be the Disciplinary Authority under his jurisdiction . This may give rise to conflict of interest when handling Disciplinary cases of staff under him for carrying out his own orders !!! While appraising corporate loans performance of ALL entities of the group should be considered in toto and not taking only a few entities which are performing well . An affidavit duly signed by all Directors listing the name of all group entities may be taken.

1) Merge PSBs into 7 to 8 large sized banks2) Reduce stake of government holding 3)include more qualified eperienced n yet young professionals on board of directors 4) Make transfers need based not just for the sake of rotation, specialize officers as in private banks 5) Set one world class bankers' training institute or upgrade any existing institute open for all private n PSBs staff and prove skill 6) Come with golden handshake voluntary retirement n finally merge banker pay with pay commissi

Dear Sir Recently we read about limiting transactions for ATM usage. It is not a good idea. If such restrictions are imposed, people will withdraw most of their money in two or three transactions which does not help any bank. Other way is to encourage electronic payment every where will help bank also and curtail currency usage which will reduce corruption as electronic transaction has to be accounted. ATM card can have RF-ID which can be automatically detected in tolls, parking, buses, etc.

First of all manpower issue in banks posting of more clerk in bank then they can give better services to customer. Second salary of banking clerk which is very low compare to central gov. Clerk is taking equal salary to peon. Third regalutaed working hours Fourth posting of bank clerk to be nearer to home than they can spend more time in bank rather travel. More staff officer recruited for banking business. Thanks

The Banking sector is already facing the effect of stoppage of recruitment since late '80s. Now there is a need to recruit to strengthen the Branch network, recovery, inspection, vigilance and other functions. Money spent on them will certainly pay back by way of better Management of Banks with efficiency and supervision.

I feel the system of transfer and posting effects the functioning of bank to a great extent. People from other states get posted to their undesired states or region and during their tenure of stay say 2-3 years they just count their days, to go back home and complete their tenure and thats where the bank suffers. They are nither interested for development of the zone and so I think transfer should be performance based.. If some one performs well, give him the posting he wants with incentive

1) Once a suit is filed under SARFAESI bankers should not entertain any proposal for compromise. This happens when the defaulter once become sure that he is going to lose amy approach the Banks for concession and granting concession at this stage is ridiculous. Goverment should call for all details where such cases once filed concessions have been granted therby banks losing money. 2) Bankers while appraising loans should stop considering some unexplained figures in the Balance sheets as Capita
