The information provided here ...
performance can improve only if all service benefits, are linked to performance. as on date, not only there is promotion on service length, even there are schemes of non-functional financial upgradation, based on service length and ACRs. ACRs is only an ANNUAL CHAMCHAGIRI REPORT and has nothing to do with performance of last 365 days. problem in present government is 1st class leader with 3rd class team. slow pace of reforms is also due to over-concentration of decision making powers in PMO
with reference of my previous comment, bank should issue a Sim for this purpose.
ATM booth should have secured wi -fi zone so the customer can log in more safely, with his smart phone.
Sir like kcc rural housing loan scheme should be introduced. Because crop loan Are mainly used in this... my experience. ....
Merging of psu bank is necessary & digitalisation of rrb are essential with merging in nationalized bank.. in rural banker should be of local to make good banking & banker will know villagers effectively
Recruitment in bank not required any special qualifications. . Manager should be a mba holder... internal promotion should not have sc/st reservation. ..
aaj ki duniya me banking ka kam jayda ho ta chala ja raha hai v banking sataff kam rah gaya h mera manna h ki graujaute logon ko tahsil leval par laga kar samasya ka samadan ho sakta h v berojgari ki samssya me kami aayegi
1. Do away with infusion of Capital in PSU Banks. Let the banks be given autonomy to tap market as and when required. 2. Certain weak PSU banks should be privatised. 3.No Loan waiver and other populist measures.Autonomy should be given to MD and Board, not depending upon Government.
Sr.. data must share between all banks to reduces froud & npa. . .. new recovery act like cerfaesi act should be made to reduces industry npas...
