One more thing I want to share that banking industry give far more better customer service than any govt department... And attitude of our govt regarding banks nd their employees is not good.. They even dnt think about their families.. How they live... So first take step to improve banking employees

If any one want to improve PNB than definitely their employees should be treated as a human not a machine... Mr Modi said open 705 crore a/c under PMJDY and they did.... But when they talk about their wage settlement.. Govt just offered 11%....and if talk about central pay commission they easily get 42-49% hike without any strike.... And we all know when we go to govt department how much trouble we face... So Mr FM see the condition of employees first than think about performance about PNB.

Our Banking Sector is suffering due to Clerk Staff, 0% responsibility and 100% Enjoyment. He is not participation banking business like CASA campaign, NPA Recovery, infects PMJDY campaign, government business and customer service (not participate)-Banking Clerk has known only one word “officer say baat karo”” or “”“officer keya pass joo “”’ PM, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of banking and IBA will take up decision for clerk working activities, work responsibility and accountability,

In recenntly banking sector faces many difficulties like HUGE NPA.reason of HUGE NPA is bank staff not sufisiantent pay like other govt departments and not ragulated working hours.bank staff has not sufficiant rights to recover dues from borrower.so i request to P M MODI G that please cover all PABLIC SECTOR BANK EMPLOYEES in TO CPC and setteled wage rivision of bank staff which is due from NOV 2012.

I think there should be right person to right job give if any person have some specialization or interest in any area that job give to him.all system should be online whether it will employee entry or customer entry in branch & should provide good infrastructure There is should be best HR policies like transfer scheme, better settlement on time. if any things give on time that one have value if this things get from strike that is right which will effect young banker mind.

Financial sector is the back born of any economy.its reality.making policy or put pressure on manager is not solution for growth.if we compire with other govt sector operation profit is much higher in banking sector.unethical branch expansion. Delay in salary revision.transfer policy.pressurised work will not get good result moreover govt should take intimate to de pvtisation..new banking licence.already we have more than enough banks, rather than improvis, why should go for new

Huge amount is spent on statutory audit of Banks. Auditors are pressurized to complete audit of a bank branch in about a week’s time in April every year. Most auditors sign on dotted lines without proper verification. While audit is a must, such quick verification is waste.Instead, all branches should be subjected to concurrent audit with monthly reporting system. The system of annual branch audit should be replaced with concurrent audit reporting system. This would save money & improve efficiency.
