The Government should limit its activities to the following areas only (1) Internal affairs (2) External affairs (3) Defense (4) Making Laws (5) Implementing Social Justice (6) Management of Tax & Revenue. No industries or profit making activities should be taken up by the Government. Must exercise abundant caution when framing laws and ruthless in implementing it. Elimination of corruption must be declared as top priority. When corruption is eliminated everything else would be in place.
- Boards to be independent in letter and spirit
- Appointment purely on merit
- Adequate compensation to management and staff
- Instill a culture of accountability
- Invite candidates for MD / CMD through an open competitive process rather than restricting to only current PSU bankers
JUDO/KARATE/MARSHAL ART EDUCATION SHOULD BE MADE MANDATORY AT SCHOOL LEVEL FOR GIRLS, IT WILL PROTECT THEM AND MAKE SELF RELIANCE IN FUTURE.
N.C.C. TYPE EDUCATION IS TO BE IMPLETEMENT AT SCHOOL LEVEL, IT WILL INTRODUCE THE NATINALISM IN CHILDREN AT VERY IST STAGE AND ALSO HELPS IN EMERGENCIES AT ANY LEVEL I.E. NATIONAL AS WELL AS SOCITEY LEVEL.
1.PAN CARD/AADHAR CARD SHOULD BE MADE MANDATORY FOR OPENING OF ANY BANK A/C , IT WILL FACILITATE BANKS TO CONTROL ILLEGAL MONEY MOVEMENT.
2. LIKE PAN CARDS/RATION CARDS ONE PERSON SHOULD BE PERMITTED TO OPEN ONE OR TWO A/CS ONLY, IT WILL FACILITATE TO CHECK BLACK MONEY IN MARKET, CONTROL UNNECESSARY MOVEMENT OF SAME MONEY FROM ONE BANK TO ANOHTER BANK.
3.A/C HOLDER IS TO BE MADE LIABLE, IF HIS CHEQUE/CHEQUE BOOK IS LOST, NOT INFORMING BANK IN TIME, AND FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION HAPPEND , AS PEOPL
It has become easy to operate all the banking related transactions since we entered into the world of online banking...but, still when the time comes to have loan of any type like education, home etc. we are still suffering from the delays and wasting lot of time just following the lengthy processes..this process must be simplified & should be in short so that our citizens will not have to suffer much by wasting their precious time!
The bank employees are highly qualified but least paid workers having long working hours i.e. officer starts at 9:45 am & finishes late in the evening many times after 6:30 PM having six days of work. lots of targets to met e.g deposit, advances, pmjdy accounts etc.
The co-ordination of the banks should be more at the top level e.g. the loan defaulters are being able to open their accounts with other banks of the same area. it should not got happen, since the banks' money is public's money. PS
All Govt. schemes are routed through banks, which should be minimize.
SALARY of banking industry is very poor, it should be revised
equal to 7th pay commission.
Interest rate should be equal in all banks on deposit and advance.
No zero balance accounts to be opened in banks.
No OTS/waiver of loans in banks.
Branches should be open in thrust area.
Numbers of banks to be minimize.
Infrastructure and basic amenities must be provided to every branch.
Proper staff strength and security
Still there is passage for improvements is there for public sector Bank.
I was very much excited after knowing this Jan Dhan Yojana and accordingly I went with my wife to open her A/c in SBI Bank but the treatment I received from staff's was disappointing.
I feel Courtesy, Professional Manner, Hospitality, Quick Action and Punctuality is badly needed for for our Banking sector BABU's...
Sir...m working in rural branch of union bank in azamgarh dist. where this bank is lead bank. I would like to bring ur attention to few points.
1. Staff is very less comparing to workload.
2. Salary is too less compare to work n others public sector place.
3. Even salary revision is due since 2012 and IBA is stiff to their unrealistic position of 11% hike. Which is totally unrealistic.
4. General amenity like TPT allowance is no where for clerical cadre while officers are given...
So sir v
Public sector banks do not have enough employees. Daily new branches are opening, and old employees are retiring. This is creating a very big vacant corridor from sub-ordinate level to top-management level in banks. Youngsters are reluctant to join banks because of low pay packages and high and undue work pressure. Every govt. scheme nowadays is routed through banks, but has the govt ever thought that do banks have enough staff to cater all govt schemes. Kindly improve staff situation and pay sc
