No poltical interference in sanction of big loan to big

corporate / projects and also in recovery of loans from big corporate / projects.
All Govt. schemes must be implemented by private banks also.
Recovery methods of NPA/Bad Loans more strict and should be punishable by law.
Top management of banks must be more responsibil for NPA/Bad Loans and also in recovery of loans.

Banks have opened crores of bank accounts during the last 3 months which is very praiseworthy. But recent bank strikes of bank employees for wage revision has created confusion among general public that why govt is not settling their issue. If GDP IS @ 8-9% per annum then how 11% increase in wages after 5 years is justified. I feel if the bankers are performing well as per statements of our worthy PM then they definitely deserve the cake. 20% increase in salary after 5 yrs is not a big increase

Apart from corporate loan, retail loans contribute some portion on Banks NPAs. Before giving any retail loan along with existing doc. bank should obtain a self declaration in a stamp paper which is to be emberded with barcode that should give all details of customer& his borrowings. Thus when he defaults & if suit filed the court can immediately grant decree without any delay for recovery of dues.Eg. loans given to Railway employees, education loan, personal loans etc.,

First thing that employee is notsatisfied although govt has made a policy for transfer of female staff at the place whete husband is working but banks are taking long time to prepare a policy as a result female staff is not able to perform better as this has been accepted by govt also that a female staff can work better at their home town as they feel more safe n another reason is that the seniors are arrogant n unfriendly towards the new joinees

Public Sector banks pay scale is very poor looking to private banks or central govt pay scales, therefore for better performance they should be accommodate with pay revision which is long pending from Nov 2012. It was expected from Modi ji but there is no progress in wage revision talks. Banking Industry is a very essencial industry of any country. If banking services stop for a day, all activities may stop. Why Modi ji not intervening in this matter? Please do the needful sir. With regards.

First of all since public sector banks are owned by govt they should be treated at par with govt servants . Give them comparable wages. Second you should regulate working hours . Late sitting and working on holiday and Sunday should be banned. Else they should be adequately compensation.
Automation of working and a uniform procedure of work flow.
Bank staff are highly demoralized.

Timely settlement of wage revision and that to a good percentage i.e at par with central government employees since it is pending since November 2012. The employees feels like beggar as government is showing such autocratic approach. Moreover rather than imposing ridiculous schemes like PMJDY focus should be on creating more employment in banks and good infrastructure.
