6. In normal life, no individual should be allowed to keep rupees 20000 in cash. If he do so appropriate penalty should be liable. If there is any big function, then this limit should be raised up to rupees 300000. 7. An e-wallet system should be provided by government so that people can really. 8. En-mass recruitment should be made in income tax department to increase surveillance.

4. There should be open forum to make complain for corruption or illegal activities which do not require evidence or complainer’s detail. Based on these complains government machinery should keep the suspected person/agency under vigilance and if doubt arises action should be taken place. 5. No shopkeeper or service agency should be allowed to deposit more than rupees 40000 in a day in their bank account.

To destroy corruption, here are my some suggestions 1. Remove the limit from withdrawal of money from bank accounts. 2. No one should be allowed to make payment in cash of amount more than rupees 2000 provided that he has a valid bank account, mobile or smart phone. If any one abide this rule, a penalty of 40% of transected amount should be liable to that person. 3. If any shopkeeper or service agency refuses to accept cashless payment, he should be liable to penalty of rupees 5000 or more.

If you want to increase basic exemption limit, pl do not allow the present tax payer to go out of tax net. Keep a token adhoc limit as tax. Suppose you increase base limit from 3 lac to 4 lac... Impose an adhoc or fixed tax of say rs.1000 between 3 to 4 lacs.. This keeps all present earners in visibility.. A sudden jump in declaration of higher income can be questioned for sources etc.

HRA exemption is one of the most abused sections at individual level.I can see almost everyone trying to cheat the government. Why cant we make a simple section in the IT portal itself where the PAN number of the house owner is entered by the tenant and the amount paid as rent is entered before FY Mar 31st. The rental income can be reflected in Form26AS of the owner with tenant's PAN &in case of a mismatch the owner could always have an option of approving. This way one of them pays tax for sure.

First of all, a big thank you to the Government for having a portal to listen to the voice of the people. In a 1.5B population, this is a significant step. I have a lot of suggestions for different fields of work in the Government. I am attaching a pdf detailing the measures. I would be happy to discuss them at length given that I have given very serious thought on how they should be implemented as well. Look forward to a meaningful discussion. A proud citizen of India!#Budget2017

DEAR SIR, AS GOLD IS NOT AN ESSENTIAL COMPONENT OF DAY TO DAY LIVING AND IT COST MORE THAN FEW BUCKS SO PLEASE MAKE A LAW THAT GOLD CANCER BE PURCHASED THROUGH DIGITAL PAYMENTS ONLY, EITHER BY CARDS OR BY BANK DRAFTS ETC AND NO GOLD MERCHANT SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN CASH. MAKE THIS MANDETORY BY IMPOSE SOME PUNISHMENT OR/& DECREASE IN TAX.
