Now a day younger generation are using Smart Phones so the e governance should be designed in such a way that smart phone holders can do all type of job with his phone, be it on the way or at home.

To preserve environment and to maintain ecological balance, hunting should be completely banned. If killing is necessary under compulsion from religious point of view, limited animal may be killed with prior permission from concern authority.

E-governance so far my knowledge is concern, work will be transparent, clean, speedy, corruption free governance. Every right thinking people want corruption free government. If implemented in Pasighat, it will halt corruption and pave way for speedy development and easier life. Priority should be focused on this issue.

Eco-tourism to add the benefits of tourism with environment sustainability. It also aims at the economic development and political empowerment of local communities, to provide funds for ecological conservation and to foster respect for different cultures and for human rights. Eco-tourism parks can be set up. Daying Ering wildlife Sanctuary must be upgraded to provide more facilities hereby attracting more of regulated tourism activities. Traditional way of fishing is encouraged.

A shortage of workers who have level 3 or 4 certification for the larger municipality level 3 and 4 facilities; Smaller municipalities lose top talent to larger municipalities that offer greater career growth and better pay.

E-Governance will synonymous to Good governance. So as per as possible all the office activities are made computerized. Public participation will also boost success of e-governance. If possible maintaining of online payment of electricity, telephone, water, etc should be allowed to be handled with partnership with private.

To bring E-Governance in a Health department, patient tracking system should be installed and record on daily basis especially in General hospital Pasighat as the flagship programme and thereafter to whole of the State to keep up health of the citizen. It will not be a complicated problem after introduction of based web application.

Need for more sanitaion facilities may only come up at the later stages when greater development takes place and people converage for economic activities from different places.

Solid waste management facilities did not share this difficulty for the most part, but had significant problems hiring management personnel. One possible cause for this difficulty is that management personnel are increasingly required to run more complex facilities and that these facilities require an education level that is not in common supply in the lower ranks of the workforce.

Both water/wastewater and solid waste management facilities reported lower turnover in 2009 than the previous two years.The National Working Group members attributed this primarily to the current economic conditions.
