Make all of government aided subsidies to bank accounts ,like ration card subsidies ,farming subsidies and make people know that they can know about all these subsidies from there phone. It won't be easy for old people to understand it but the children's in village school can catch it fast and they should be made aware about it.

as we are in the mid of The digital India week, its time to rejoin ourself with the commitment of making our village an "E-VILLAGE".The concept of E-village gives us an idea of making a village an Adharsh gaon where people are not standing in the bank for withdrawal of money through counters but they will be using ATM Machines.Farmers will be able to do an online transfer of money to their sons & daughters preparing for Civil services Examination in Mukurjee Nagar in Delhi to fulfill the dreams

To make e-services most familiar with rural Indians government should make people's more frequent and easy access to highly integrated post offices and all state controlled fair price shops. These are the common places where peoples come down and utilise the facilities.
