I ve seen tremendous results and approach to patients in short time by 108 medical emergency services. But with #digitalIndia project we can do more in emergency medical field. Recently I saw a project Idea of a student on YouTube and would like to share here. Thanks

The mobile have become a common tool in villages too.But the awareness among the people living in rural area is of key importance. The best way to get them aware of the facilities and the benefits of e-banking is through their representatives in the panchayat. The help of the state government can be taken in this context by choosing or picking up volunteers from the zila panchayat which would spread the awareness through demonstration to the panchayat samiti,so on to the gram panchayat.

Setting up e-kiosks at postoffice or panchayat house, with tablets will be the best option. Introduce solar powered e-gov centers in panchayats, where 5 tablets are provided. Tablets and wifi are powered by solar during the day. Visitors can can avail some free and some paid services(form filling etc.) This will also create village employment for youth, and ensure timely services rendered to rural population. The egov application must be in local language with have voice recording of all text.

British rules us for 150+yrs they leave India by putting a good governing system behind till the end of governing body The Village Grampanchayat. There are some 50,55 record books which grampanchayat has to be maintain. In that there are many type of records ranging from crop to villagers personal record. So, My suggestion is, If Govt. of India develop single unique software named VILLAGE and apply it to all villages in India. In same manner TOWN,CITY,METRO&CENTRAL Here is DIGITAL INDIA

They can also complaint any problem with government officers (like:DM,SP) and collect information and yojana. I am a computer engg. and if you run a trial then I can work free for you (in my home town) in trial period.

we shall go for video conferencing hubs in POST Offices in rural area , and start educating civilians , also e-medical, e-education could also be rent out on same premises. thou private bankers need profit on rural area , so beside of opening a branch they can purchase seats from Post office and employ 1;1 ratio of staff one from local place one from core team and start small banking. bank on wheel is second and cheaper option too.

First of all government has to work for reach of internet to rural area people. most of the area in India doesn't have broadband service and where internet is established there government work on quality of service because we have very poor quality of internet service in our area. Next working area is, Most of the people can not afford internet on his mobile, so government need to reduce the price of internet so that every people of India afford internet and use Digital India facility.
