Discourage Aadhar. It only enables foreign linked companies to get our data. let the government come with a separate exclusive department where data is collected processed and stored by gov officers in gov equipments in india. Give your thoughts on this larger issue before you recommend the illegal Aadhar. Scrap Aadhar Save India.

I always advice people to read the terms and conditions of Whatsapp, facebook, etc. etc. before they agree. I make it clear to them that these application allow others to copy your phone book and browsing data. I request them to demand or try to develop an indian application running on indian server in a data centre in India. I request the government to develop its own applications for use by the public without the risk of sharing with foreign elements

Govt. should get all powercos & telecos on a table & direct them to improve rural networks and last mile connectivity - clear targets & give them something lucrative in return. (Lki FSI in real estate) Make it win-win. Increase wi-fi accessibility. It will help SMEs in rural India too. Reduce all taxes on mobile devices. Instead of mixi n TV give them free handsets or on simple EMI. Rural India Healthcare & Education will benefit. Digital will happen only when rural India as Electricity!

Look at the companies in US offering hosting services for a song. Thus they get all the hosting business of Indian sites with added advantage of having our data under the control of a foreign company. Indian Gov should offer hosting services at a cheaper rate so that Indian companies and individuals can have their data secure in India itself. It is in the interest of national security also. Government should see that hosting is made cheaper in data centres in india. NIC can help.

If look forward small town get ripped with mobile apps eg facebook and whatsup, it shows user are good in device uses. But current gov & bank apps are not so easy and user need handy on that, urban user also want to work with cash as he does not feel secure on digital world. initially apps with allow them to work with info and schems, then perdonal data and view only details then later stage it would posdible to get them on fully functional apps. तकनीकी तरक्की साथ साथ ।
