Give one Free tablet to each house with built in internet facilities (Other than government official website not a single website be open). From that you can send your schemes, projects, crop information, subsidy, whether forecast, farm khatha management, bank account, etc.. each and every thing should available on that tablet. You can appoint loacal educated youths to train villagers. The cost of the tablet can be taken back monthly through their electricity bill or water bill etc.

Install WiFi in all cities & villages ,consequently people will aware of every thing ,they'll become smart ,max work will be done through internet ,All will well connected to each other ,Hence India will become DIGITAL INDIA :) Jai Hind

e services ko rural india sahi mayne me coman pupul tak pahuchane ke liey jaruri he jankari aur estemal kar sakne wale unki madad kare .ase biyaktyo brawa diya jay.

What I understand, Government want to provide e-services to rural. For that first of all on daily or weekly basis gram panchayat should have start E- governance program on large LCD screen in village like what we seen continuos display in bank. All useful information for villagers should continuously display on screen.

Gaon (village) me new small school open karne ke sath-sath har TAHSIL, JANPAD ya VIKAS KAND me ek big school in big campus with full facilities , public-private -partnership (PPP) ke under open karna chahiye , Shiksha budget me. Iske rural pupils ke sath-sath rural people ke liye bhi kahi benifit honge..jisse ki rural people ke culture ek dusre milenge, jisse unka social, mental unnati hogi....

hi sir, government already provided computer in all government school (at least in Maharashtra),but their is no provision of electricity. so we have to solve the problem of electricity,then teachers are totally unaware about computer,so we can keep at least one computer engineer per school.so it will produce job for engineer and doubt of the student also get clear.

Dear Sir , We need atleast one computer Sustem with internet connection in every Primary school. And we can use it for multi purpose .Our Children will learn the computers courses and the villagers will also get some help from the computer teacher of the school .....

The people can banking system is very hardly process but the rural areas is very poor but this banking system is very rural areas start opening bank branches there are a rural people can good development in it
