To take e-services to rural india, following step needs to be take 1. Teach them how to use internet ...for such bank person can help if enough competition can be created among banks ...or else gov can open 1 center or ask NGO to teach people about Internet ...Once rural india know how to use internet 2nd step is cost 2. For such again some kind of tax rebate to the bank or rural india if they use e-services..this way Gov can encourage both service provider and service user to use e-services

First of all the basic cost of access to internet must be heavily reduced to ensure the masses at large are content with usage of internet to access e-services. First the rates of internet must be slashed heavily and secondly the speeds must be increased to ensure seamless connectivity..only after the cost of internet access gets reduced heavily, it is only then the govt must think of next step which is e-services.

Really, but how.....the rates of internet are so high, they should be decreased by 50% and internet speed should also be increased and internet should also be provided in rural areas, but where will people use it....they don't even know how to use a mobile.... and subsidy should be provided for android one mobiles in rural areas and for computers too.... Cheap computer providing programs like akaash tablets can never compare with good computers so we should move on and provid subsid on gud thing

We would like to be create school and higher education systems like japan,U.S,China.For all over the country, we have to create Indian Integrated education system board. That board should have a members of 29 states in India.According to the direction of board members we have to make a syllabus with International standards translated with different regional languages. First step is to create Digitalised Techno schools at every villages in India. This is the root cause of Digital India.

I'm from a rural area and I know the pain of slow internet speed. Access to online free courses has become just a dream. If the internet/ Wi-Fi hotspots made in rural areas using Satellite Internet, will be more helpful as it requires just a receiver and a receiving antenna. If the govt is really committed to bring us online, this would be a good option, and requires less infrastructure.
