Dear Sir, To take e - service to rural india , Internet plays a important role . 1. BSNL must launch low cost broadband or narrow band plan . EG 250 Rs -1 GB 2MBPS plan. This will reviev BSNL's profit also with more subscribers.Future of telecom growth will come from data and not voice 2. Telecom Base station to be installed on govt land and premises, will help govt with more revenue and help telecom co to cut cost 3. Encourage SME to become ISP,will help to increase internet penetrattion

Honorable PM Mr.Narendra Modi,People like qualified housewives and college students ,have immense spare time and wish to work for few hours a day,say 10 to 1 in morning or 2 to 6 in afternoon. If online jobs/work from home jobs are created by modi sir thro' an organised sector these people get added income & pending works get finished and both people & govt gets benefited.A portal for online jobs with proper security & job safety can be organised as every rural & urban has computers and internet.

Government should give these works in the hands of students in college . As our new generation is drastically improving in IT sector they can educate masses the benefits of Digital India to its citizens ..

As govt has already allowed white label ATM in PPP mode and same are running successfully. I suggest that CDM ( cash deposit machines) and passbook updater should also be allowed to install at BC points and CSC in rural areas under PPP model. This will enable rural residents to save their time and energy and reduce their dependency on brick and mortter banking system

In Continuation: But having said that the Govt needs to focus on the Feedbacks by the rural people as well as their suggestions will help Govt understand the Bigger Picture of Rural Development. To this I want to say that Govt must introduce TollFree No. to register Complaints,Feedback and Suggestions from the rural people where people's views can be recorded(Such a system may be existing which I may be not knowing of,but there should be channels to publicise this eg. via AIR or DD Networks)

As per the views of our Respected PM in today's #MannKiBaat, asking us to give feedback via letters to AIR, PMO or in mygov.in; To this I want to add that this is a very good initiative taken by our Government to give People of India a platform to submit their views. This shows How much the government values our 'Feedback and Suggestions',This is a very healthy exercise done on the part of Govt and its Citizens.

Every day we are seeing appeals for medical help for the poorest people who have to do a very costly surgery. There is no system to monitor whether the appeal is genuine. There should be a centralized platform for such appeals. In addition, when the public is kind enough to donate the big sum, hospitals are not kind even to waive off the profit-part. Law should enforce them to forgo the profit when the sum is collected from the public through the centralized platform operated by the government.

Introduce Digital Currency. This will surely encourage "digital india" program as well as helps us to get rid of problems such as black money issues, necessity to carry physical currency everywhere, Necessity for Banks to maintain and secure hard cash. This could be environmental friendly too. What one needs is just a "SMART Phone".
