taking e-services to rural areas is not only the gov work.its also the work of educated people of that village.first spread awareness on technology to rural peoples.gov should select one person per village(local educated unemployed person )and let him create awareness in that village.because of this he will get job and he will create awareness on technology,e services etc..,now a days gov is paying money to give education for IIT students but they are serving to other countries.

There is need of development for network service of mobile. There is not network of 2G in well form, how can aspect of mobile banking in rural areas, where 3G network is not available? Data price also more costly. Mobile company collect more money because they paid more in spectrum. There there is more reform in mobile then we aspect for mobile banking or digital India as early.

The new Government is bringing such wonderful schemes for poor people. These people may not be so much aware of these new schemes. Can the Government train local "Public schemes consultants" who is constantly aware and trained in the new schemes and is available at ground level in each village/area to explain the schemes to people who need them. We can also have one stop and India wide one Call center number with call centers all over with consultants who will answer all questions.

THE IDEA OF TAKING e-services TO RURAL INDIA IS A GREAT IDEA AND WILL BE BENIFITIAL FOR THE CITIZENS BUT ONE THING SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE THAT IN RURAL AREAS SOME PEPOLE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE OF INTERNET. SO A WELL TRAINING INSTITUTE SHOULD BE DEVELOPED FOR THE RURAL PEOPLE.

We need to have easy to use and user friendly mobile app which people can use for all the services, like PWD, Health department, agriculture department and so on. Integration of digital devices with those app, would help provide better and transparent services to people. Also it would be easier and faster for both public and government to commucate via these app services and work for efficiently and in a progressive manner
