Respected PM Saheb, during diwali rush i have seen certain news on tv channel where touts were selling tickets at 8 to 10 times of normal price. Sir my suggestion is that, we know during pooja fornight or other festive period there is huge rush. Like tatkal ticket, if we start mentioning ID proof details on ticket itself, it will surely discourage touts, because i dont think touts will take risk to make fake ID proof.

Respected PM saheb, my suggestion is regarding booking of tatkal tickets, at present booking of tatkal starts 1 day before at 10 am for all trains, my request is to open the booking of tatkal ticket exactly 24 hours before the departure of train from originating station which will increase more chances for passenger, At present within 10-15 minutes tatkal tickets are booked, as per my suggestion if a person dont get ticket in 1 train he can try his luck in another train. kindly help passengers

Introduce issuance of unreserved ticket through net and payment gateway. Unreserved passenger tickets are at rock bottom rates. They should be at least half of the price as compared to bus tickets for the same distance. Train pass is charged for only 9 return journies. It should be increased one day for every year so that at least 15-18 days charges are collected but at the same time increase toilet facilities in all local stations for the local train commuters and put metro type tickets.

respected modi ji,there are so much posts are vacant which should b filled in railway deptt so that performance gets improved and workload on employees become reduces.since various posts remain vacant which degrades functionality.

Sir. The tickting system of unresraved tickets is not good because at this time to find the any unresarv ticket we go the Rly. Counters and west the time and paper .sir if the all tickets is sell through online than i think more people is use this servise and save the time and paper both. Thanks

The system is one of the main source of corruption in railway. the problem is the private quota for booking ticket. 1. show us whom for which train the quota is alloted. 2. the intake capacity of the server should be increased to aviode problems in login and booking. 3. the payment system instade of going to bank portal let there be alternate to it then and there.

Buying tkt on- line should be cheaper compared to buying from counters,to encourage use of I Net. Charting should be done just 1 or 2 Hrs before dep time of the train so that E tickets can be booked upto last time. Unreserved Tickets should also be available On Line to avoid long ques at counters..

Plz. Stop scheme of travelling on SMS ticket. it may be the biggest source of corruption in ticketing. if continued introduce boarding pass at least for e-tickets. It has been observed that TTCs generally do not check ID proof of the passengers travelling on SMS ticket. Time gap between Chart Preparation and Departure may be increased. If possible provision of boarding pass can be introduced in Railways for all.
