kindly reduce the rate of second A/C side seats equal to 3rd A/C. as most of the time these seats are not in use , and are not opted, some time these seats are allotted to senior citizens which creates problem to them. seats are as good as third A/c seats and so charging fare equivalent to first class is not proper and justified. these seats are some time used by railway staff to earn pocket money. if these are allotted as third A/C it will reduce the waiting list of third A/c (contd)

Though ATVM is introduced in sub-urban sections of Chennai area still proper propaganda was not done. Railway staff with calibre are interested in doint either thro' demo or thro' skit about this system. Still people have their own doubt regarding ticketing. Again they should come to the station and stand in queue. Will rly accept suggestion thro' this forum.

I travelled in vidharbha express 12106 UP(Gondia to CST in Maharashtra) on 29-03-2015 in B4 compartment . some political leaders/ MLA were travelling also & were drinking wine . For Ladies, it becomes awakard situation & difficult to travel . Kindly look into such cases

Railway authorities asking to show original identity proof, Since originals are kept in safe place, Peoples frequently facing penalty problems, My suggestion is, if a passenger fails to show original, after paying the spot penalty, he/she should have an opportunity to show the originals at station master/autrorities where he deboarding and get the penalty refund within the limited period

To increase the efficiency of ticketing system first of all only AC's types tickets should be made by online payments or ATM / Debit Card or any other Card for railway reservation and issue Journey tickets for increased in security of passenger information and reduce in corruption, bring in more frequent revenue and full information of people buying tickets. Firstly only all types of AC's passenger tickets from any source will be compulsory made by online or card payment.

Respected Sir, I would like to suggest that 1)After every 3 compartment their must be a compartment for senior citizen with good cushioned seats. 2)For senior citizen make a card for each of them compulsory for like 200 per month and take their address and send to their home by post or whenever they come to station, so that while travelling if they forget to buy ticket they are not get harrased by TT's. 3)Easy ticket booking app must me introduced along with booking any trains by sms.

Pls chk the condition of coaches of NF Railways. Not properly cleaned,no maintenance in coaches etc.Trains running more then 10 Hr late even if it start on time from Origin.

Reserve 50% seats for those passengers who want to book their ticket/plan journey one month before same as Tatkal booking

IRTC internet site has a great potential to earn money , if you start proving APIs to public and keep the backend ,There will be many jobs created around it.
