sir,i would like to bring to your notice the poor supervision of TTS in sleeper classes. now a days the job of providing bed rolls has been off loaded to outside parties. number of times i have observed that bed roll attendants carry unauthorized passengers in AC classes by providing them their birth or linen nitch with the active support of TTE. this is big threat to the safety and security of traveling public in AC compartments. please get it checked.

sir mei aap se sirf yeh request karna chahata hun ki railway reservation jo 4 mahine pehle khulta hai agar woh 1 mahine pehel khule toh hum kala baazari aur dalaalo se dur reh sakte hai nai nai toh humein haar kar unke hi pass jana padta hai ya TTE ko paise dene padte hai seat ke lie agar 1 mahine pehle reservation khule toh hum apna journey plankar sakte hai aur family ke saath secure travel kar sakte hai par in 4 mahine pehele plan karna bhut mushkil hai aur dalaal ke lie acha hai.

just a wayward thought. introduce day tickets in reserved sleeper coaches. every 8 berth compartment can take one more passenger without inconveniencing the existing 8 passengers in any way except when all of them want to sleep which is at night time. ( in all other options there exists one or more vacancy ). reserve this additional day seat to ease the rush and boost income

3. more trains will operate between stations because of time efficiency of other trains. 2nd point is :- passenger trains time to travel between stations will be increase, at present passenger train from delhi to ambala take 14 hours to travel between these stations, and the total distance between both stations is only 210 km. so average speed comes to 16 km per hour. I would like to give my susggestion that the average time of passenger train should be not less than 45 to 50 km per hour.

I will conclude my suggestions on two topics 1st is about door system in passenger/mail/shatabdi trains, the length of doors should be equal to metro trains so that passengers can easily up and down from the down within less time . today the length of door of trains is app. 2 to 2.5 feet it should be just like metro trains 5 feet to 6 feet. The advantages of increase door length would be:- 1. comfort passengers for up and down. 2.trains stop and travel/stop to every stations will be less.

A lot of people use long distance trains every week to travel between home and work. Would be good for people and Indian Railways to introduce schemes where an e-wallet deposit of Rs.5000 or Rs.10,000 gets them an additional credit 10-20% on top of it. Maybe the additional credit could be restricted for use in AC classes only though this might require adding feature to the website.

Another suggestion is that the railways reservation system must have a senior citizen quota in all classes and all trains for the convenience of senior citizens travelling at short notices.

Senior Citizens are experiencing great difficulty in getting lower berths while booking tickets. In spite of the age filled in and asking for senior citizen discount the computer program allots upper berths and it becomes very difficult at times in 3AC and 2AC when all other accompanying passengers are not in a position to change berths. CRIS must develop such software that while booking confirmed berths for senior citizens the program connects with the age filled in and allots lower berths auto

indian Railway Desh ki Sabse badi Transport Service. Lekin Jo ticket humko Ticket Window Par nhi milti ya IRCTC Site par Nhi Milti Hai Woh Wahi ticket Humko Agent Ke pass Kahi Guna Paise Dekhar Mil Jati Hai. App Se Nivedan Agent Ke Dhande Ko Band karaye. Kyuki Aap Aap ke Aur HUmare Pradhan Mantri Shri.Narendra Modi Ji Ni Kahte Hai Yeh Sarkar Garibo Ke Liye Samarpith Hai.Islye Is garib Desh Ki Janta Ki Taraf Se Naivedan karta Hu Ki Aap hi Kuch Kar Sakte.

all wait listed passengers should be able to get tickets in the trains by adding more coaches (upto 24) and if more WL exists then Spl. trains shall be introduced. Railway mode is the cost effective mode next only to waterways. this shall be effectively utilised. by reducing road traffic, accidents can be reduced and Forex can be saved. moreover, the charging in railways can be done on per km basis as in roadways with a fixed cost element.
