There should be a convenience medium for travelling in train just before the departure as emergency can occur any time! so some seats should be given in every station after giving valid reason for emergency and its full verification by chief ticket inspector. general bogies are not so easy to travel for disabled and senior citizens as well as for women. thus some modification is required.

If I get an online reservation ticket and my PNR no. is not confirmed till the issue of the train chart, in that case my ticket gets cancelled automatically. It is not a good system. Plz improve this system. Online reservation waiting tickets should be valid for the passengers. At present it is not like that. A passenger has to go to the railway station to get the window ticket. It is one of the reason of crowd gathering at the reservation counter

Indian railway had some drawbacks that we are not having seperate windows at ticket counter in railway booking office for reservation and tatkal(talking about small town and city). We have to wait for a long time in queue for booking ticket. we must walk toward the machines like ATM that can be used to book a ticket instead of withdrawl of money. we must have seperate window for ladies to book a ticket with a lady employee too. payment is done by only cash and not by credit and debit card we must avail this service.
