Goverment should be strict on communication companies on internet speed.There should be law that every internet company have to give the minimum speed of 2mbps. Otherwise they have to pay penalty per week.It is known to all that 2G speed in India is less than 1mbps. Shame for our country.Singapore companies give highest 2G speed more than 50 mbps.Even Srilanka is better than our country on this matter.
1. BSNL mobile network, billing system, customer care all must be update and advance in compare to private sector.
2. In case of DTH service Government must start PORTING facility like mobile and gas connections.

today in our country every telecom company pay multiple spectrum charges every year uniformity and gross revenue for 3 percent is best option it will reduce burden on our country telecom company and consumer will also benefits. it will also improve quality of telecom company

IN our village no mobile network coverage in jari, disstt. Banda UP east circle. I have done complaint many times since july 2015 to june 2016 to BSNL customer grievance cell But no action has been taken by BSNL. And village Population is about ten thousand and other network like airtel,vodafone,idea,telenor is giving service.Those Who are using BSNL and come to this village they are facing no network coverage in jari village.

The same not only holds true for you friend but also for govt agencies like pwd etc.. who uses BSNL for digital intiatives,since pwd does has internet cut cannot inform BSNL about road widening in timely fashion and since bsnl is unaware of road widening it's cable got cut our depts are in silos or disconnect...

It Was Surprise that 700 MHz Spectrum was not bid by any Mobile company. In Australia and US 700 MHz Spectrum was lapped to convert 4.5 or 5 G F.D.D. Service. 700 Mhz Frequency, Which was previously used for TV and is now freely available. Government should Rent this frequency instead of outright sell and earn a regular income and reach easily to the remotes of the Corners. Any Ganging up in bids of Spectrum should thwarted. While, Vodafone failed to acquire spectrum in Australia

Today so many persons only to harassing others using technologies in mobile we have call blocking facilities what about LAND LINE,by harass anyone via landline no complaints is accepted in police station and we have no option unless changing the number full freedom for telephonic harassment please made any blocking facilities in easy way.
