The coin vending machines should be in working conditions in railway stations. In Chennai central railway station and in Tuticorin railway station I have seen coin vending machines in not working condition. This should be avoided. And the 139 service should be able to tell the passenger the location of these machines too.

This may be online from this years according to the today railway budget in a very fast and innovative manner. smallest person of the society can be able to get all facilities from Indian railway.

Train k toilet se Jo maila girta hai track per ,vo maila train toilet k neeche store hona chahiey ,jab vo tank 70, 80 percentage bhar jaaye ,to usko khali koi station per hi khali kar na chahiey ,tank mein permanent motor lagi honi c

our country is a big global market ..we should ask to sponsor trains from multi national companies like reliance bajaj etc......in lieu of it that companies can advertise the entire bogies of the train for their advertisement.....a train from north to south especially long journey trains.......in every way we should utilise them ..they are spending crores everyday in tv channels this should be a better way to advertise....

Indian Railways lack International Standards as per IRIS, the body for setting those standards. Also our railway sector is in shortage of 2 lakh crores to complete already existing projects.

रेल बजट से मेरी उम्मीदें १-रेल टाइम पे चले २- पब्लिक को चूना न लगे , जितना किराया बनता है उतना ही लिया जाय हवाई जहाज का किराया रेल में ना इंसाफी है ,बेसक तत्काल में ही क्यों न हो ३- रेल को गांव से जोड़ा जाय -- प्राइवेट बसें चलायी जाय जो छोटे शहरो से यात्रियों को लेकर रेलवे स्टेशन तक छोड़े और ले जाय ४- हर गांव का पोस्ट ऑफिस रेल का बुकिंग सेंटर हो जाय जहाँ से सामान को भेजा और प्राप्त किया जा सके ५-रेल में सफाई ,पीने का पानी,सुरक्षा और शौचालयों की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था हो

I AM VERY HAPPY THAT INDIAN RAILWAYS HAVE THIS FEATURE. DUE TO THIS PASSENGER GET THE EXACT LOCATION OF THE TRAIN. I WANT TO SUGGEST THAT A TOLL FREE NUMBER SHOULD ALSO BE STARTED BECAUSE POOR PEOPLE DO NOT CALL AT 139 SO THAT THEY CAN SAVE MONEY.THEY GO TO RAILWAY STATION AND ENQUIRE THERE AND WHEN THEY GET TO KNOW THAT TRAIN IS LATE THEY SLEEP AT RAILWAY STATION. BECAUSE OF THIS NOT ONLY THEY SUFFER BUT ALSO OTHER PASSENGER SUFFER.

i have an idea to make it more better by starting a system like "pre booking open,order and payment system". i am explaining this here by exaple : i need to book ticket of dated 14/06/2015 as on dated 14/02/2015 but as per railway rules i cant book ticket above 60 days.i expect that rule and want to leave a pre-order to railway for book my ticket automaticly as ticket for That date opened.

it is good but only train reservation system is bad...only brokers get tickets..we general people unable to book our ticket online..remove brokers from this .
