It is very good. Can we have imagined such facilities like knowing your train's schedule, info on cancelled trains, Live station, rescheduled trains, diverted trains, PNR numbers etc some 15 years back? Thanks to technology, we are enjoying such benefits.
1)IVRS 139 no. Is not nice number. It should be 111 or 000 for making it papular. 2) regular train running information should be informed on AIR and also on FMs. 3)information should be provided on toll free number. 4) should be made available with just 1 SMS from mobile. 5)public announcements should be made locally through public audio systems. 6)display boards at bus stations should be arranged
tarain enquiry system should be vey active and very transparent...link that if i dial number 139....,at that time according to my gps position and my nearest railaway station according to my city pincode num that line of the direct contact person should be conncted...so its very fast and very good
There is pantry car is necessary, and food quality must finest, in every long rout trains.And minimum 5 general coaches, also must.
