Innovative Ideas on Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana Crowdsourced through MyGov

Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) is National Mission for Financial Inclusion to ensure access to financial services, namely, Banking/ Savings & Deposit Accounts, Remittance, Credit, Insurance, Pension in an affordable manner.The Yojana gets its name and identity from the citizens, who participated in the MyGov platform’s competition. The success of the scheme so far is a result of citizens’ sustained engagement and willingness to be a part of the change. MyGov continues to count on citizens’ actionable ideas and suggestions for covering all households under the scheme till 26th January 2015.
