Proposal: Establish a major Green Hydrogen production hub by piping water from the Indira Gandhi Canal directly to Rajasthan's mega solar parks (located ~2km away). Using co-located solar DC power during peak afternoon hours, automated electrolyzers can split canal water into pure Green Hydrogen. Impact: Eliminates heavy transmission losses, lowers green fuel production costs, and accelerates India’s National Green Hydrogen Mission using existing setup assets. Pls review . JAI HIND

Proposal: Establish India’s largest hyper-scale DATA CENTER SEZ on the banks of the envisioned Kalpasar freshwater lake project in Gujarat. Data centers require massive, uninterrupted freshwater footprints for evaporative cooling towers. Co-locating them at Kalpasar utilizes the world’s largest man-made freshwater reservoir, eliminates groundwater depletion, creates high-tech jobs, and funds regional water delivery pipelines. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PDF FOR THE DETAILED POLICY PROPOSAL. JAI HIND

I would like Mann Ki Baat to discuss age-appropriate reproductive and sexual health education for adolescents. In the digital age, many young people learn about puberty, menstruation, relationships, consent, and personal safety from unreliable online sources or uninformed elders/peers. Scientific and age-appropriate education can help remove stigma, promote health awareness, encourage respect for all genders, and equip young Indians to make informed and responsible decisions.

India has UPI for payments; now we need indigenous digital platforms for research, innovation, and knowledge sharing to strengthen Atmanirbhar Bharat. As India progresses from the aspirations of 1947 to the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, reducing dependence on foreign academic platforms is essential. Such initiatives can empower researchers, teachers, and students while building a self-reliant knowledge ecosystem that showcases India's intellectual strength to the world.

The condition of police in India is not good. We know how much we lack in modernisation of police in terms of CCTV's at police stations and even equipment of police like body cams and weapons for crime management. This also cause increase bribery and joining of police officers with criminals for monetary benefit. Also we lack enough MTV' or PCR and those which are present lack technology like modern computers with criminal database and rapid backup unit also air units.

DEAR PM I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY OPINION ABOUT HOW TO IMPROVE DBT SYSTEM IN INDIA ,WE CAN ADOPT A CBDC SYSTEM Purpose-Bound Programmability: This is the most crucial enhancement. The government can restrict how the funds are spent by setting conditions, such as expiry dates, authorized merchant categories, or specific geographic locations.Instead of routing subsidies through multiple banking intermediaries, the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) deposits the CBDC (Digital Rupee) directly

India needs a Population Provision Fund for planned families. For the 1st baby, parents invest ₹10 via RTAs, and Govt contributes ₹1000. For a 2nd child onwards, a mandatory ₹10 Lakh investment is required by parents, redeemable at 5% yearly; the ROI funds the Govt’s ₹1000 share. Those unable to invest ₹10 Lakhs must wait 7 years before having a 2nd baby. Basically, economically and educationlly week labour force production required to be controlled. Future Automation may impact their survival.
