PM sir ko aak suggestion, on NET issue if you find if any institution have problem then create a dedicated separate ministry just to manage all higher educational and important government positions examination. So, that this department treat this matter as National security. Secondly, I am NRI in Costa Rica while teaching my 1st grade kid I found a very good lesson in socia study here where in very simple term they explained rights and responsibilities. Please find the attachment.

"As India moves towards becoming a Viksit Bharat by 2047, how can every village youth be given a direct role in nation-building, so that they become creators of change rather than just beneficiaries of government schemes?"

Government and ministry officials should seriously examine the growing number of complaints and grievances that remain unresolved across various departments. The increasing volume of public grievances reflects widespread dissatisfaction and indicates the need for stronger accountability, effective monitoring, and timely resolution mechanisms to restore public trust and confidence in governance. First of all identify the anti public and anti national officers. Then proceed action against them

A unified and synchronized system is needed to monitor cross-departmental activities. Currently, various grievance portals exist, but the same department often acts as both respondent and reviewer, raising concerns about transparency and impartiality. All grievance portals should be integrated into a central master portal, with appeals reviewed by an independent high-level authority. This will ensure fair decisions, improve accountability, and make concerned officers responsible for their action

Most of the department, some anti-national beurocrats are handling public grievances. They aim to tarnish government reforms and welfare-oriented initiatives. Strict action to be taken against those who are doing such activities. A special drive is necessary to identify such officers in all government department/PSU across India

Currently a grievance is forwarded to the concerned department for resolution. If the citizen is not satisfied and files an appeal the appeal is usually examined by the same department. This creates a situation where the department acts as both respondent and reviewer of its own decision. In many cases grievances are closed with incomplete or inaccurate replies. Since the appeal is also handled within the same department genuine complaints may remain unresolved. An apex authority to be formed

The Citizen Accountability and Public Service Quality Act, proposes a citizen-driven governance framework where every public asset, service, contract, and decision has a traceable owner, accountable officer, and measurable performance record. It empowers citizens to report failures, mandates transparent audits, enforces automatic penalties for negligence, introduces lifecycle accountability, prevents blame-shifting through reverse burden of accountability, and ensure safer better services

Bharat Future Participation Mission 2047 is a people-powered national movement where every Indian can contribute ₹1, one hour of service, one tree, one skill, or one idea towards India's future. The mission transforms patriotism into measurable participation. Like the squirrel that contributed to Ram Setu, every citizen can proudly contribute to nation-building. This can become the world's largest citizen-powered movement for Viksit Bharat 2047.
