Kindly prevent the threat culture prevalent in all Private Medical Colleges. In spite of siphoning out hefty amounts for the so called academics, Infrastructure and hostel, the poor students do not get standard square meals, are sent for duties without any consideration of the length of duty hours and are deprived of their legitimate stipends. The excuses are invalid, funny and this shows the path of unethical practices to young doctors.

Kindly strengthen the teachers' community by assuring them uniform service conditions, pay package and benefits and let them teach with all their energy and interest. They should not be anxious for the financial and other needs of their families. If Teachers are of good quality, the education sector and the future generations would surely usher in a golden tomorrow. Without this, nothing would work. Regards
