Respected Sir,Bharat is lacking a common identification system .When compared with other countries we don't have one unified ID.Even Aadhar has lacking in system and if a ID with a chip facility for citizenship and all other purpose duly combining all services will be the most ever useful one for Citizens .Such Authorisation with a chip based will have two factor authentication and will prevent frauds.Crimes too can be prevented.From availing SiM to Using of Ration Card such a card should be enabled .A one number identification with much more safety eatures than aadhar and even aadhar data to be incooperated including biometrics .Now there are so many IDs which is meant for different purpose and carrying itself a task.Also losing and getting a duplicate is a hectic task.Single ID system will streamline such issues .Name can be a BV ID as like Green card of US.

Hon'ble Prime Minister sir, The flaship social security scheme 'Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojna' with a meagre annual premium of Rs 436, is highly appreciable initiative of Government for providing financial support to family in case of unfortunate death of adult family member. Sir, as the total premium to paid during the period of scheme is rs 13952 ( 436 ×32), my submission is to have a provision for one time with obvious discounted amount around rs 5000, which can also be paid by many corporates/ individuals for some financial security of their low paid workers. Respected PM, please make 1. Studies compulsory up to 12th for every child born as citizen of India by making it -i. free, ii. compulsory by linking it with citizen facilities and curtailing for those not sending their every child, as education is free and meals are also served till primary schools. 2. NCC/Scout & Guide course should be made compulsory for two year period in above 12 year education so as to teach them discipline, hygiene, first-aid, civic sense, Road rules, home science, general awareness regarding facilities and regulations of govt policies, taking care of old age persons, cleanliness etc. This will make Indian Future rather Future of India bright.
