Sir, I come from a Rural area in Dist. Satara, Wherein, there is a huge potential to promote bio gas. There are large number of villages who are willing to use bio gas but due to lack of awareness, knowhow and support they are still dependent on LPG, whereas due to poor waste management there are huge piles of garbage leading to health hazard. With support from the government, in terms of creating awareness, this can be a great source of alternative fuel and also support the swatch, Bharat Abhiyan.

Honourable Primeministerji, In our current education system national level entrance exams are held and subsequently the aspirants are alloted seats in elite institutions for further education. These seats are allotted on the basis of various parameters including social justice and merit. However, some students academic performance after getting admission are not as expected as per the institution's stature, though they have been given equal opportunities for proving their mettle! In this context, it might do well if there is a PROVISION, letting high perfoming meritorious students are allowed to move to other institutions which are on an upper rank of academic excellence (for example: a student studying engineering in a private institute of merit to NIT, or a high performer from NIT to IIT likewise). This will ENSURE that the TALENTED get better opportunities in serving our NATION with better skills and qualifications & a reminder to other students who take things for granted, thanks!

India is fortunate to have not only celebrated public figures, but also unassuming institution-builders whose lifelong work has shaped generations without seeking public recognition. One such individual is Dr. M.B. Athreya, Padma Bhushan Awardee, a pioneer of Indian management education, institution-builder, mentor, and distinguished management thinker. Having completed eighty-five years on 7 May 2026, Dr. Athreya's life exemplifies integrity, simplicity, service, and nation-building through ideas and institutions. At a time when India aspires to become a developed nation, his example reminds us that enduring progress rests on character, ethical leadership, and the patient work of building institutions. I have attached a brief essay, A Civilisational Ideal India Must Not Lose, and respectfully submit Dr. Athreya's inspiring journey for consideration in a future episode of Mann Ki Baat.

once Govt approves an MSME's subsidy claim, Govt — not the MSME — must bear the cost of its own delay. Let PFMS-verified approved claims be discounted on TReDS: financiers pay MSMEs in days; subsidy release settles the financier directly via escrow. Fix a stipulated payment date (90 days); delay interest beyond it is charged to the department, like MSMED Act discipline for private buyers. MSMEs get liquidity, departments get real incentive to pay on time, exchequer pays nothing extra.
