To, The Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi Ji, New Delhi. Subject: Inspiration from Shri Pramod Kumar Sahu’s Environmental Work Respected Modi Ji, I wish to share the inspiring story of Shri Pramod Kumar Sahu, lovingly called Pahad Bhai. Through his tireless dedication, he transformed a barren hill in Odisha into a lush forest of over two lakh trees. Without any government aid, he worked for years to restore nature, recharge groundwater, and inspire villagers toward organic farming, herbal plantation, and eco-tourism. His simple life, deep love for nature, and commitment to the community make him a true symbol of “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.” His selfless service deserves recognition and should reach every Indian through Mann Ki Baat. With respectful regards, Name-PRAMOD KUMAR SAHU FATHER-MARKANDA SAHU [AT/PO-KUKUDANG, DIST/PS- ANGUL, STATE-ODISHA, PIN-759123] Mob-8658584675

Examination systems for education and employment need to shift away from rote memorization. Even the nations that originally introduced this educational model to us have since reformed their own systems, adopting approaches like industry-led degrees and degree apprenticeships. In contrast, we continue to adhere to colonial-era practices in our examination processes for education and employment. Even the introduction of the AEDP system by the UGC has not yielded significant results. As informal learning gains momentum, industry bodies such as FICCI and CII should be granted the autonomy to issue educational certifications at the ITI and diploma levels. The govt should authorize these industry associations to facilitate the rapid recognition of informal learning. Decisions regarding the formal accreditation of these qualifications—comparable to regular degree programs—could be based on how certificate holders perform when applying for and subsequently executing roles in govt job exams

sir, revise the retirement norms. no one should work in governement services for more than 20 years. stop recruiting directly from final year at college. make the min. age at entry 28 and max.48. either 20 years of service or max. age upto 60. this will enable many people do government jobs. also, decentralize the recruitment to district level. i.e. posts of the district must be filled within the district available people only. there is absolutely no need a job seeker to go from one corner of the country to another corner of the country for a small post, becoz its a government job. all recruitments of non gazetted posts must be filled within the district. also all officers posts must be filled only by direct recruitment only , not by simple promoting NGO s to gazetted rank. kindly review sir.

#MyGov #MannKiBaat
