Humble request from temporary faculty members at NITs registered at government portal (Samarth): Kindly acknowledge our teaching experience in faculty recruitments (atleast as Level 10-12 experience). There are many highly qualified candidates working as temporary faculty. The EXPERIENCE of postdoctoral (not exam based but may a times reference based) students is being counted for TEACHING positions. BUT the TEACHING EXPERIENCE of registered (Samarth or state government portal like AKTU-ERP) TEMPORARY (due to various reasons) TEACHING faculty with STRONGER academic BACKGROUND working in prestigious organizations are denied for TEACHING positions. THE SITUATION IS EXTREMELY PATHETIC, AND MENTALLY TORTURING !!

Dear Government, Increase EDUCATION BUDGET. *"HUMBLE SUGGESTION:"* At least that much facility should be available that MULTIPLE questions of MULTIPLE levels (Blooms taxonomy can be followed) are available from each TOPIC from MULTIPLE experts. Automatic RANDOMIZATION of questions from a pool of questions on each topic of appropriate level can be done by a safe, well tested and bug free indigenous software. Even if questions from multiple experts are leaked they can't guarantee more than 2-4 questions for leaks and can't guarantee whether their questions will appear on the screen of same candidate. ONLINE EXAM prepared by non-AI based (AI is not that advanced yet, errors are huge) in such manner and questions of multiple levels that each candidate gets same number of questions for each blooms taxonomy level randomized by software.... is a viable and quite safe solution !! If the budget allows only one expert for one whole subject, it's an open invitation to the leaks !!

Subject: Proposal for Digital Intelligent Question Delivery System to Prevent Paper Leaks Respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, I am Barnali Guha Roy from Nadia, West Bengal. To permanently stop paper leaks in exams like NEET, I propose a foolproof, technology-driven solution: Zero Physical Printing: No physical papers sent to centres. Questions remain 100% digital and encrypted. Biometric & OTP Lock: Question paper unlocks exactly 20 minutes before the exam using a live NTA OTP + Biometrics of a Invigilator. On-Spot Printing: Exact copies printed inside the exam hall under CCTV surveillance just before distribution. No transit or strongroom risk. Kindly consider this model to safeguard our students future. Regards, Barnali Guha Roy Nadia, West Bengal

Respected Sir, Every year we are blessed by Indra Dev with showers, giving us clean and good water, it is very unfortunate that this water goes in drains sweeping with it all the waste into rivers, thereby polluting our rivers. Current situation is every house is having RO water installed in housed and everyone is paying for drinking water. We need to stop this by strengthening laws so that rivers are not polluted, strengthen our infrastructure for drainage systems, revive old wells, connect rivers within each state to avoid coexistence of flood and draught at same time and possibly create new rivers where there are none. I hope you will give the above things a priority . Thank you for your attention to the matter. Thanking you, Sincerely,

I was searching online for official guidelines related to children's safety in school transportation systems. However, I could not find comprehensive government guidelines addressing some important aspects of student safety, particularly for girl children. For example, there could be specific guidelines requiring schools to ensure that girl students are not the first to be picked up and the last to be dropped off during bus routes. Additionally, the presence of a trained lady attendant on school buses carrying young children, especially girls, could significantly enhance safety and reassurance for both students and parents. Such measures would help strengthen child protection during school transportation and reduce potential safety risks. Schools and regulatory authorities may consider incorporating these provisions into existing transportation safety policies to better safeguard children during their daily commute.

Rioting is a universal issue. This issue can be reduces to certain extent if govt creates a Rioting rating mechanism, like CIBIL for Banks Govt can create a public Rioting Rating website where all convicted rioters / FIR name is publishes with their crime details. That info / rating can be used by banks, public or private companies for giving jobs, for passport etc. If anyone is convicted or FIR is their then their rating should be in Red / low points. If they pay all damages & complete their punishment given by court then their grading can be from Red to Yellow. Rest all rating can be green till they do rioting which causes damages to properties. Rating can also be added in Aadhar card. Employer or anyone can just ask employee to download & give aadhar to see if they are involved in any crime / rioting Aadhar download date can be mentioned on printout

Students / any protest rioting - Solution 1) Recover any damages public / private property done by anyone. Why should other pay the price for their dharna / strike etc 2) Suspend their passport, govt jobs, any govt schemes, freeze their bank account, give notice to demolish their property if illegal etc (UP model) 3) If anyone name comes in rioting, then their incoming caller tune should me made as advisory like - if someone calls them, then the person who calls should hear the tone 'Damaging property is a punishable offence, please refrain from damaging any public or private property else money will be recovered from the person who damages property' Find more ways to know who is rioting as it will help others to keep safe distance, be it a employer etc . govt should educate at schools & colleges to not riot during protests as it harms country which will effect all
