Fixing the responsibility/penalty for every wrong doing may help to improve it, The GeM also needs to be simplified as user friendly pl.. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, देश में आए दिन होने वाले धरना-प्रदर्शनों और चक्का जाम से विकास रुकता है और आम जनता को भारी परेशानी होती है। लोग सड़कों पर इसलिए उतरते हैं क्योंकि उन्हें लगता है कि उनकी बात सीधे सरकार तक नहीं पहुँच रही है। इस समस्या को खत्म करने के लिए मेरा सुझाव है कि एक "नेशनल वर्चुअल संवाद पोर्टल" (National Virtual Dialogue Portal) शुरू किया जाए। इसके तहत जिला स्तर से लेकर मंत्रालय स्तर तक हर हफ्ते 'वर्चुअल टाउन हॉल' आयोजित हों, जहाँ नागरिक वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए सीधे जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों और मंत्रियों से फेस-टू-फेस बात कर सकें। जब जनता को अपनी बात सीधे सरकार के सामने लाइव रखने का आसान डिजिटल माध्यम मिल जाएगा, तो सड़कों पर बैठकर देश को रोकना अपने आप बंद हो जाएगा, जिससे देश का विकास तेजी से होगा और आम इंसान का जीवन सुरक्षित व सुगम बनेगा।

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, 'इजी ऑफ लिविंग' और 'डिजिटल इंडिया' के तहत NGDRS पोर्टल के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्री की व्यवस्था एक बेहतरीन कदम है। लेकिन तकनीकी जटिलताओं, फॉर्म भरने की उलझन और डीड (Deed) लिखने की सही जानकारी न होने के कारण आम नागरिक आज भी बिचौलियों पर निर्भर हैं। मेरा सुझाव है कि जैसे CPGRAMS में AI (समाधान दीदी) शिकायतों का निवारण कर रही है, वैसे ही NGDRS पोर्टल पर भी एक 'वॉइस-बेस्ड AI असिस्टेंट' जोड़ा जाए। यह AI नागरिकों से उनकी क्षेत्रीय भाषा में बातचीत करके, उनसे केवल बुनियादी सवाल पूछे और उनके मौखिक जवाबों के आधार पर पूरी रजिस्ट्री और लीगल डीड खुद-ब-खुद (Auto-generate) तैयार कर दे। नागरिक को खुद से कोई फॉर्म भरने या कानूनी शब्दावली समझने की जरूरत न पड़े। यह क्रांतिकारी बदलाव देश के करोड़ों मध्यमवर्गीय परिवारों को बिना किसी बाहरी मदद के, घर बैठे सबसे सरल और सुरक्षित तरीके से रजिस्ट्री करने की शक्ति देगा। ये कदम उन लोगों के लिए भी मददगार होगा जिनको ये तक पता नहीं होता कि रजिस्ट्री को नाम करवाने के लिए कौन कौन से डॉक्यूमेंट कहा और कैसे बनवाने है। क्या procedure है आदि।

"आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, नमस्कार। मैं आपके सामने कुछ सुझाव रखना चाहता हूँ। पहला — एक बात जो मुझे हमेशा सोचने पर मजबूर करती है। आतंकवादी बनने के लिए किसी डिग्री, किसी क्वालिफिकेशन या बैकग्राउंड की ज़रूरत नहीं होती, बस एक ग़लत सोच काफी है। लेकिन जो नौजवान अपने देश के लिए मरने-मारने को तैयार होकर आर्मी या IB जॉइन करना चाहता है, उसे इतनी लंबी और मुश्किल प्रक्रिया से गुज़रना पड़ता है। सर, मेरा सुझाव है कि सच्ची देशभक्ति दिखाने वाले नौजवानों के लिए भर्ती प्रक्रिया को और सरल और तेज़ बनाया जाए। दूसरा — पंजाब को लेकर। पंजाब की जनता का भरोसा जीतने के लिए ज़मीनी स्तर पर काम करना ज़रूरी है — किसानों की सुनवाई, नौजवानों को रोज़गार, नशे के खिलाफ ठोस कार्रवाई, और वादों को समय पर पूरा करना। अगर यह लगातार किया जाए, तो पंजाब में भी भाजपा के प्रति भरोसा मज़बूत होगा। आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि इन सुझावों पर विचार करें। धन्यवाद।"
