My suggestion is to create more practical internship and skill-development opportunities for students and fresh graduates. Many young people have technical knowledge but do not get enough industry experience. The government can encourage companies to provide structured internships, mentorship, and real-world projects in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Python, software development, data analytics, and cybersecurity. This will help youth become job-ready, reduce unemployment, and contribute to building a skilled and digitally empowered New India.

My deepest pleasure is to be able to share my opinions anytime. I have an explosion of gratitude from the deepest core of my heart. Since Independence Day is yet to come, I wanted to share a few things: 1] Animals should have equal rights like humans; whatever anyone says, they have been with us as our ancestors evolved, 2] Rest houses for the poor! Commoners and poor people are as equal as us; why don't we give them a luxury we can afford? 3] Ban animal testing; it is as bad as human testing anyway! 4] Free education to anyone, no age barrier, even an old human can learn with the sources provided. 5] Ban the usage of AI [Artificial intelligence] for children below 16; it will highly affect their thinking skills in a bad way. 6] Ban Child marriages in all areas. 7] Ban Men from beating their wives and children; it can affect their mental state. 8] Casteism to be banished/abolished; no one should care about Caste, gender, religion or race.

एक देश, एक चुनाव भारत में चुनावी व्यवस्था को अधिक प्रभावी और व्यवस्थित बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण विचार है। इसका उद्देश्य लोकसभा और राज्यों की विधानसभाओं के चुनाव एक साथ कराना है, जिससे बार-बार होने वाले चुनावों पर खर्च होने वाले सरकारी धन और संसाधनों की बचत हो सकती है। लगातार चुनावों के कारण प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था और विकास कार्यों पर पड़ने वाले प्रभाव को भी कम किया जा सकता है। इससे सरकारों को लंबे समय की योजनाओं और नीतियों पर निरंतर ध्यान देने का अवसर मिलेगा तथा सरकारी कर्मचारियों और सुरक्षा बलों की बार-बार चुनावी ड्यूटी की आवश्यकता कम हो सकती है। यदि इसे सभी संवैधानिक और लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रियाओं का सम्मान करते हुए लागू किया जाता है, तो एक देश, एक चुनाव देश में बेहतर प्रशासन, विकास और राजनीतिक स्थिरता की दिशा में एक सकारात्मक कदम साबित हो सकता है।

i think in order to improve the operations of the the indian railways, ministry of railways should form a national railways authority of india with members of both gov and private sector and work under the railways minister to oversee the day to day operations of the indian railways to improve the overall functioning of the railways.
