On 15th August every year, the Prime Minister speaks from the ramparts of the Red Fort and lays out the government's programmes and policies. Over the last few years, the Hon’ble Prime Minister has directly invited ideas and suggestions from citizens for the Independence Day Speech. Similarly, this year too the Prime Minister invites citizens to contribute their inputs for New India. So, now you have the opportunity to tell your ideas, give word to your suggestions and crystallize your vision. PM Narendra Modi may pick up some of the ideas in his speech on 15th August.

My suggestions 1. We are in Amrith Kaal time. After independence this is 80th year and Amrith Kaal time 5 years completed. We are progressed economically from 10 to 5, means many people came across poverty, facilities increased for people, ease of living, good name in other countries etc we are achieved. Still we have to progress for betterment of all. We have to maintain that.

India’s youth are our greatest strength. To build a developed India, we should focus on providing every student with access to modern skills like Artificial Intelligence, coding, digital technology, entrepreneurship, and practical training from an early stage. Along with academic education, schools and colleges should encourage innovation, research, internships, and industry-based learning. This will help young Indians become job creators rather than only job seekers. A skilled, innovative, and confident youth population will play a major role in achieving the vision of a developed India by 2047.

      1. Free public Wi-Fi hotspots in every village panchayat to bridge the digital divide. 2. Planned Urban Infrastructure (with reference to Pune, Maharashtra): Pune's (Maharashtra) rapid growth has outpaced its infrastructure. I suggest a mandatory 'infrastructure-first' policy where road, water, and drainage systems must be completed and certified before any new residential township gets occupancy certificates. Additionally, a dedicated Pune Road Quality Authority should be set up with citizen-reporting apps (like a pothole-reporting portal) linked directly to municipal action with fixed repair timelines (e.g., 7 days). 3. Reducing Unemployment A major driver of unemployment is the mismatch between academic degrees and actual industry-required skills, combined with job concentration in a few metro cities.
