On 15th August every year, the Prime Minister speaks from the ramparts of the Red Fort and lays out the government's programmes and policies. Over the last few years, the Hon’ble Prime Minister has directly invited ideas and suggestions from citizens for the Independence Day Speech. Similarly, this year too the Prime Minister invites citizens to contribute their inputs for New India. So, now you have the opportunity to tell your ideas, give word to your suggestions and crystallize your vision. PM Narendra Modi may pick up some of the ideas in his speech on 15th August.

Respected Sir, I am Lokesh Bhardwaj, and I am writing this as an ordinary citizen of India. This is not a complaint and I am not asking to remove the reservation system. I have simply tried to understand this issue and prepared a proposal with some suggestions that, in my opinion, could make our equal opportunity system stronger and fairer in the future. I believe caste-based discrimination, poverty, poor education, disability, gender and regional inequality are different challenges, and each of them deserves proper attention. Through my proposal, I have requested the Government to consider an expert review so that these issues can be studied together and better solutions can be explored without weakening constitutional social justice. I request you to kindly go through my attached proposal and, if you find it appropriate, forward it to the concerned Ministry or experts for examination. Thank you for your time and consideration. – Lokesh Bhardwaj

      "विकसित भारत के लिए आवश्यक है कि हमारे विद्यार्थी आत्मविश्वासी, तार्किक और रचनात्मक बनें। इसके लिए 'Maths Without Fear, Learning with Joy' जैसा राष्ट्रीय अभियान शुरू किया जाए। साथ ही शिक्षकों को Competency-Based Learning, गतिविधि-आधारित शिक्षण और डिजिटल संसाधनों पर निरंतर प्रशिक्षण दिया जाए। इससे गणित का डर कम होगा, सीखने की गुणवत्ता बढ़ेगी और भारत नवाचार एवं विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में और अधिक सशक्त बनेगा।"

Today, our greatest responsibility is not only to guide our youth—the demographic dividend of our nation—but also to protect our Mother Earth. Development and environmental conservation should go hand in hand. My suggestion is simple: instead of cutting down mature trees for roads, buildings, and other infrastructure projects, why not relocate them wherever technically possible? We should invest in advanced tree transplantation technologies and develop robotic systems to safely move smaller trees. India has brilliant scientists, engineers, and innovators who can make this possible. Such an initiative would create new employment opportunities in green technology, robotics, environmental engineering, and tree conservation while supporting sustainable development. A mature tree absorbs far more carbon dioxide, provides more oxygen, and supports biodiversity much better than a newly planted sapling. Planting new trees is important, but saving existing trees should become equally important.

Dear Modi ji, In India, police personnel from all states should receive training alongside the Indian Army. In the event of a national emergency or war, trained police forces could effectively support the armed forces. Making use of this trained manpower would strengthen the nation's preparedness and enhance national security.Official announcement about it.

New law with stringent punishment for Paper leak is being tabled by Government in Parliament. Strong law alone may not be able to work. Making the stringent punishment under Motor Vehicle act has not been able to reduce accidents and deaths on road. If we analyse paper leak as is done in Industries with Why- Why analysis then we may reach to root cause of paper leak. It will not be surprising if we find "Coaching Centres" as root cause. Coaching Centres have actually become poaching centres. They think they can buy everything and everyone for the sake of popularity rating of their coaching centres. Government has very little options to deal with it.
