Winner Announcement for Essay Competition on Role of Hydro Power in Building a Viksit Bharat by 2047

NHPC Limited (A Government of India Navratna Enterprise), under the Ministry of Power, in collaboration with MyGov, organised the Online Essay Writing Competition on the theme “Role of Hydro Power in Building a Viksit Bharat by 2047” from 29 June 2026 to 13 July 2026. The competition aimed to raise awareness about the significance of hydropower in India’s clean energy transition and to encourage young minds to creatively express ideas on how sustainable hydro power development can contribute to realising the vision of a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
