My task is about central consumer protection authority [CCPA]. CCPA is a statutory regulatory body which was established in India under the section 10[1] of the consumer protection act ,2019 it functions under the administrative control of ministry of affair , food and public distributions .Headquartered in New Delhi .its primary mandate is to protect , promote and enforce the rights of consumer as a class , rather than handling individual disputes CORE OBJECTS OF THIS PROGRAM The CCPA fills the major regulatory gap by acting as a executive agency to prevent consumer detriments .
